This limited-edition Voltron 40th Anniversary Gift Set will only be produced for the 40th anniversary, making it a true collector’s treasure. Five fully transformable die-cast metal lions unite to form Voltron, Defender of the Universe, standing over 13 inches tall on an updated electronic light-up base featuring a sequenced transformation sound file officially licensed and voiced by legendary voice actor Neil Ross.

Each lion features light-up eyes activated by a unique magnetic key. The base includes storage positions for all five lions’ individual weapon blades. Also included are Voltron’s sword and shield. This collector’s set also features contributions from Voltron’s original designer, legendary Toy Mechanic Designer Katsushi Murakami (former managing director of POPY and Bandai, known for CHOGOKIN, SUPER SENTAI, BEAST KING GOLION, and ARMOURED FLEET DAIRUGGER XV) — including never-before-seen artwork and behind-the-scenes insights.
