Basic Overview of how to use the Treasure Vault

To use The Treasure Vault, just add your items to your cart, and at checkout, select "Ship Later - Store in Treasure Vault" as the delivery option.

                             
* Your Dashboard refers to your Orders Dashboard, where you can find your tracking information for your orders.

We will keep your vault active for 60 days. Any item you order and select the vault option will be added to the vault until the 60 days have passed since the first item. At any time, you can go to your orders section in your account to manage your items in your vault. There, you can pick and choose what items you are ready to ship out to you. Once you select your items, head to checkout once more, and select 'Ship this Order Now!' to ship everything for just $6!


Items that reach 60 days

You will receive an email for any items that reach the 60-day limit and have not yet shipped. To maintain our warehouse space, any items that reach the 60-day limit will automatically ship using the following guidelines:

  • Any items held in your Treasure Vault will ship together.
  • All items will ship to your preferred shipping address.
  • $6 Shipping will be charged to your preferred payment method.
  • We will contact you to start the shipping process. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider this order payment rejected for shipping; Please continue reading to understand what happens. 
  • The least expensive shipping method option will be automatically selected. Treasure Vaults are not able to be sent to PO Boxes.
  • If payment is rejected for shipping, we will halt shipping out the rest of the items and will not be able to take any more orders from you until the charge has been paid. 

Cancelling items after adding them to your Treasure Vault

You may cancel items in your Pile of Loot at any time. If the item is canceled within 7 days of first being added to your Pile of Loot, your original payment method will be refunded. If more than 7 days have passed, your refund will be issued as Zail's Vault store credit to your account and the item will go back into stock. Please contact us for any refund requests at support@zailsvault.com.

Please note that an excessive number of cancellations is not allowed. If an excessive number of items are cancelled, then this feature may be disabled on your account.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Treasure Vault lets you consolidate the number of shipments needed to ship all items you order. By lowering the number of shipments, you save money on shipping fees.

We do not guarantee exceptions will be made and there will be no reconsideration after a decision has been made.
Each order added to you Treasure Vault must be paid within 3 days before those items are canceled and removed from your account.

Yes! If you want certain items to be shipped out while keeping others in your Treasure Vault, just select the Ship Later function. Then in your Orders Dashboard, you'll be able to select which items specifically you want sent out. Just make sure after selecting and getting to checkout, you pick the "Ship this Order Now!" option to be charged and fully complete your shipping request.

Separate shipments will be subject to standard shipping, which are paid each time you checkout 'Ship this Order Now!'

Of course. Items in your Vault are held up for up to 60 days. You can ship items at any time during the window.

When shipping out the vault, you will be given an estimate on when your vault package will be shipped out.

When you release items from your treasure vault, you specify a shipping address which allows us to calculate if any applicable sales tax is due. We must collect sales tax for orders shipping to specific states.

Some states require that sales tax be collected on shipping fees. No shipping fees are charged when you add items to your Treasure Vault. When you release items from your Vault, you will select "Ship this order now!" and an address which allows us to calculate the amount of shipping tax that will be due. Items that reach 60 days in the Vault will be automatically shipped to your preferred shipping address. Any shipping and tax amounts will be charged to your preferred payment method.

If no taxes are required for collection, you will only be charged $6.
