How It Works

1. Log In & Shop Your Favorites Make sure you are logged into your Zail's Vault account, then add your favorite in-stock items to your cart and complete your checkout normally.

2. Earn 5% Back Automatically The moment your order is placed, we calculate 5% of your final purchase price and instantly issue it as Store Credit. (Note: The 5% is calculated based on the actual dollar amount spent on products. It does not include taxes, shipping fees, or any discounts applied at checkout.) 

3. Check Your Dashboard & Email Your new store credit is automatically linked to your account profile and will be immediately visible inside your Zail's Vault Customer Dashboard. You will also receive an automated email confirming the credit and detailing its exact expiration date.

4. Redeem & Save When you are ready for your next haul, simply log in to your account. Your store credit is applied automatically at checkout, and it can be combined with any standard payment method to cover the remaining balance!

Program Rules & Guidelines

We want this program to be as seamless as possible, but there are a few quick ground rules to keep in mind:

  • Account Requirement: Store credit rewards are exclusively available to customers with a Zail's Vault account. You must be logged in to earn and redeem your rewards.

  • 60-Day Expiration: Your store credit is valid for exactly 60 days from the moment your order is placed. Important: Your customer dashboard will show your available balance, but you must refer to your automated reward email to see the exact expiration date! Don't let your loot expire.

  • Flexible Spending: Store credit is applied automatically at checkout when logged in. If your order total is less than your available credit, your leftover balance stays safely in your account. If your cart total is higher than your credit, it can easily be combined with any payment method for the remaining balance.

  • No Product Exclusions: Your rewards can be used on absolutely any in-stock item currently available.

Because we do not charge you upfront for items that are months away from arriving, you will not earn store credit when joining a waitlist. However, the exact moment that item arrives, you pay for it, and the order is placed, your 5% reward will be automatically calculated and added to your profile!
Store credit is issued by Shopify and in most cases are instantaneous. However, in rare circumstances, such as payment delay, Shopify will withhold issuing the credit till all issues are resolved
Yes! Because Zail's Vault "Ship My Vault" release acts as a standard product in the system, you can apply your reward credits to cover this.

Note: While Zail's Vault allows the use of store credit to pay for "Ship My vault," to ensure proper calculations Zail's Vault will not be offering 5% rewards on "$6 flat rate shipping" charges, since they are not part of the subtotal when calculating rewards.

At this time, Zail's Vault is unable to extend store credit issued by Shopify. We urge you to place an order to utilize the store credit before it expires!
