Zail's vault requires payment upfront for your pre-order. This is to ensure that people are able to secure highly sought after items with the assurance that we will never oversell an allocated item. We secure only a handful of items at a time, so we want the smoothest experience possible for our customers.

Price Drop Protection. If we are able to reduce the price of a figure due to wholesale cost shifts while your pre-order is still open, we automatically adjust your order so you pay the lowest listed price. In the rare event of a manufacturer price increase, we will notify you immediately. You maintain total control and remain completely free to cancel your pre-order before it ships.

Yes, You can cancel your pre-order directly from your customer account at any time before the inventory hits our loading dock. There is a 10% item cost fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover any necessary fees.

Heavy-Duty Padded Transit. We do not offer "collector-grade" packaging as a paid upsell because it should be the standard. We know you are buying a display piece, not a sandbox toy. Every pre-order is hand-inspected upon arrival, wrapped in heavy-duty padding, and dispatched in a rigid transit box to ensure your window boxes and cardbacks arrive exactly as they left the manufacturer.

The 60-Day Vault Stash. Yes. As your pre-orders arrive, you can choose to hold them securely in your account stash for up to 60 days. Once you are ready, you can ship any combination of arrived pre-orders and in-stock items together for one flat shipping rate. You dictate the logistics and control exactly how and when your collection arrives.

Release dates are strictly estimates. The collectibles industry frequently experiences overseas manufacturing and port delays. Your pre-order simply remains safely open in our system. If a manufacturer completely cancels a production run, we will notify you immediately.
